ctcp's biggest advantage is to use ordinary PS plates for plate making. In order to achieve this function, the imaging system of CTCP equipment is far more complex than other CTP products. So far, only basysprint can develop CTCP products, while Kodak, HP, Fuji, screen, Agfa and other companies only have CTP products. In fact, Agfa's CTP products are also OEM produced by basysprint company. The price of CTCP is relatively high, but we use a much cheaper traditional PS plate. CTCP can save you a lot of costs in the plate and printing process. Compared with users who use film or CTP before printing, CTCP is a device that saves users money. answer: we know these manufacturers. They may have good concepts, but I can tell you that these devices have been introduced in recent years. Their immature and unstable devices are not comparable with those we have developed for more than 10 years. (some information about lusher was released in 2006. The price of the equipment is very high. This equipment usually needs to be equipped with a certain number of other equipment as auxiliary or mechanical testing equipment during the experiment, which is 2 to 3 million, and the speed is much lower than the propaganda.)

Q: your device resolution is only 1500dpi, which is too low

answer: our equipment can easily add 200 lines, which can meet the needs of most printed materials. With the front-end rip, our machine can output 250~300 lines or even higher number of lines, which can completely do some printing jobs with very high requirements. The points output by our device are unique square points with very sharp edges. Compared with the difficult to control circular points of general CTP devices, we can copy printed matter more realistically. At the same time, our device can also output high-quality printed matter with low resolution, reducing the amount of data and saving document processing time

although the general CTP has a high resolution, we know that there are many factors that affect point reduction. In addition to the pre press image processing, there are also many other factors with high efficiency, such as the limitation of plates, the control of printing process, the control of ink, paper, etc., so the so-called high resolution of these devices is often difficult to achieve in the actual production process

Q: why is the life of the laser head much shorter than that of CTP

answer: the light source of CTP equipment is dozens or even hundreds of laser diodes. Although the service life of individual light-emitting elements is relatively long, in fact, due to the large number, the probability of damage is quite high. As far as we know, the failure time of most CTP light sources is far lower than the actual service life. In many cases, it will be damaged within 2000 hours, that is, the service life of our bulbs. You know, for thermal CTP, the damage of a single diode will halve the performance of the whole system
